  • Your earnings and length of employment as obtained from your current or past employers;
  • Your account balances and payment history as obtained from other institutions where you conduct financial transactions.

Parties to Whom We Disclose the Information
We may disclose all of the information we collect as described above under “Information that We Collect and Disclose About You” to:

  • nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law. These disclosures generally include information to process transactions on your behalf, such as mortgage loan services; information that is disclosed with your consent, or disclosures necessary to protect the security of our financial records;
  • our affiliated third party financial service providers, such as titling and settlement services;
  • companies that perform marketing services on behalf of Member Options or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

We may also disclose information about you under other circumstances as permitted or required by law.

Disclosure of Information About Former Customers
It is generally unnecessary for us to disclose information about former customers or others that have a relationship with us. However, to the extent we do disclose information, we will adhere to the same policies as described elsewhere in this notice.
